- If a specific campaign is fully funded or discontinued, the Foundation reserves the right to redirect funds to similar programs
- General donations will be allocated at the Foundation's discretion across various programs
- Administrative costs are kept to a minimum (not exceeding 15% of total funds)
5. Donor Information
- Donors must provide accurate and complete information
- The Foundation is not responsible for failed transactions due to incorrect information
- Donor information will be handled as per our Privacy Policy
- Anonymous donations are accepted; however, 80G receipts cannot be issued without PAN details
6. Volunteer Terms
If you register as a volunteer:
- You agree to follow the Foundation's code of conduct
- Volunteering is on a voluntary basis with no monetary compensation
- The Foundation may issue volunteer certificates upon request
- You consent to being photographed/recorded during events for promotional purposes
- The Foundation reserves the right to terminate volunteer engagement at any time
