1 Overview
We're deeply grateful for every donation made to our causes. This policy explains when a refund may be issued, how to request one, and what to expect from the process. By making a donation through our website, you agree to the terms below.
2 Non-Refundable Donations
As a general rule, donations are non-refundable once they have been processed, since funds are often allocated to ongoing programs shortly after receipt. Refunds will not be issued where:
- The donor simply changes their mind after a successful, intentional donation.
- More than 7 days have passed since the date of the transaction.
- The donation was made toward a specific cause and funds have already been disbursed or committed to that cause.
- The request is based on dissatisfaction with how funds are used, rather than a transaction error.
3 Payment Gateway & Bank Charges
Payment gateway processing fees are generally non-recoverable once a transaction is completed. Where applicable, any such fees may be deducted from the refunded amount. International transactions may also be subject to currency conversion differences beyond our control.
4 Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time to reflect changes in our processes or applicable regulations. Any changes will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of our donation services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
